In the dining room, Executive Chef Edgar Panchernikov is offering a pre-fixe menu with Select Osetra caviar with traditional accouterments followed by indulgent aphrodisiacs dishes including Bay Scallops with Buttermilk Caviar, Foie Gras with perigord black truffle, King Crab and Dover Sole.
